More Photos From the 2010 Phoenix Suns Dancers Auditions

One of the things I have learned while photographing auditions is that the most compelling photographs are taken during the judging process, not necessarily during the portion where routines are learned.  And that is only a small portion of the day’s events.  Certainly during the rehearsal process, you can snap an interesting photo or two that are necessary as visual evidence when describing the entire audition process.  But the best photos, the ones where the girls really shine, are taken when they turn it on for real while in front of the judges.

It really is a challenge to take a compelling photograph at an audition and sometimes there are some photos that don’t fit in with the story you are trying to tell.   These photos don’t make into the article, but are still worthy of your consideration.

Your photos are wonderful. I’m interested in buying the fifth picture on this website. I’m wearing the lime green outfit with black lace. Also do you have other photos of me. I wore a similar gold outfit for semi-finals with the same black lace over black shorts. For the final audition, I wore a teal top with rhinestones and black shorts. Thank you! Your pictures are such great memories! Here are 2 of the 3 dance auditions numbers that I was assigned; 018, 027. I don’t remember the other number.
