Additional Photos From The Chiefs Game

I take many photos of the Charger Girls because from where I sit, you really can’t take photos of the game. My seats are so low you can’t see most of the field and that means you can’t see most of the game. Now whomever thought playing football in a baseball stadium was a good idea should be shot, because the sight lines are terrible. Field level seats are not a problem in baseball because there isn’t anyone along the sidelines, but in football…you have everyone and their cousin down there. There are literally hundreds of people along the sidelines from the players, game officials, ball boys, TV cameramen, still photographers, security, special guests, halftime entertainment, the marine corps pilots that do the flyover (Miramar MCAS is only three miles away and the pilots get to the stadium during the second quarter), police, firemen, etc.

That wasn’t much of an issue when I first bought these season tickets many  ago because I only attended a handful of games and these tickets were roughly half priced. But a few years ago, the Chargers management decided to charge full price for my obstructed view seats…the highest non-club ticket seat prices…for seats that offer an obstructed view of the field…so, I started coming to every game, including preseason. At $90 a pop (times two), I’m showing up even if they are playing pop warner football…plus, I have a season parking pass…another $30 a game.

So, I can’t let all that go to waste…which leads me to my original point…I take a lot of photos of the Charger Girls. Oh, not for the aforementioned reasons. No. I take a lot of photos of the Charger Girls because when you have The Hottest Dance Team in the NFL performing right in front of you…you take a lot of photos, duh!

Of course, not all of them make the UltimateCheerleaders.com article…bandwidth issues (plus, I don’t want to bombard the site with all these photographs of the beautiful Charger Girls and make the other squads feel unloved…Yes, we’ve gotten complaints that we cover a few squads too much!). So, the rest of the photos are posted here, for you diehard Charger Girl fans. Enjoy.
